Panther Valley

Panther Valley is the first valley north of downtown Reno, an older, unpolished pocket where half-acre lots hold everything from original site-built ranches to manufactured homes to new builds replacing what came before. It is the closest thing north Reno has to country living inside city minutes, and the mix keeps it one of the most interesting value plays in the corridor.

Lending here is case-by-case by design: FHA and conventional on the site-built stock, HELOCs on the equity in the big lots, and manufactured financing where title and foundation check out.
