Curti Ranch is the newest name in southeast Reno, rising on former Curti family ranch land east of Damonte Ranch in the 89521 corridor. Alongside neighbors like Carmella Ranch, it is where South Reno's current wave of new construction is actually happening, fresh streets, current building codes, and phases still releasing.

Lending here runs on builder timelines: end loans coordinated to completion dates, extended interest protection while the home goes vertical, and incentive packages from preferred lenders that deserve a side-by-side against Art's own structure. Larger floor plans in this corridor can cross the conforming line, so Art quotes conforming and jumbo together and lets the math pick.
