Privacy Policy
Effective September 17, 2026. What this site collects, why, who sees it, and what you can do about it.
This site is run by Art Loera, a licensed mortgage loan originator (NMLS #367308, Nevada license #8980) and Branch Manager at Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. (PRMG, NMLS #75243). This page explains what the site collects, why, who sees it, and what you can do about it.
Everything here is free to read. You never have to give us your name to use the calculators, read the guides, or browse the city pages.

What you give us on purpose
Contact forms. When you ask for a callback, you send your first name, phone number, email address, what you are trying to do, the loan type you are considering, a home value range, and your timeline. We also record the page you were on, your language, your IP address, and your browser type, which helps us stop spam and duplicate requests. The form asks you to agree that Art and PRMG may contact you by phone, text, or email, including by autodialer. That consent is never a condition of getting help, and you can take it back at any time.
Home value lookup. You send the property address and your email. We record the IP address and browser the request came from so the tool cannot be abused.
Open houses and real estate agent pages. If you sign in at an open house, or reach us through a real estate agent's code, we collect the name, phone number, and email you enter, and we record which agent's page you came through.
SAM, the site's assistant. Your questions are processed by an AI model that runs on Cloudflare, the same company that hosts this site, so it can write an answer. We do not store those conversations. SAM does not quote rates and does not make approval decisions. Please do not type Social Security numbers or account numbers into the chat.
What is collected automatically
Google Analytics. Nearly every page loads Google Analytics 4, which counts visits and shows us which pages people find useful. Google's script sets cookies in your browser (their names begin with _ga) so it can tell one visit from the next. We look at totals and trends, not at individuals. Google explains how it uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can switch it off with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Cloudflare. Cloudflare hosts and protects this site, so it processes the technical details of every request, including your IP address, the way any web host does. It also gives us a basic visitor count that does not use cookies.
Videos and fonts. Videos are embedded from YouTube, and YouTube may set its own cookies when a video loads or plays. A few pages load fonts from Google, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch them.
Cookies and browser storage
The public pages of this site do not set any cookies of their own. The cookies you may see come from Google Analytics and YouTube, as described above. The site keeps a small note or two in your browser's session storage, for example so the intro animation does not replay on every page. Those notes stay on your device and clear when you close the tab. The private sign-in areas for partners and staff use a sign-in cookie.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will keep working.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal. Today this site does not change what it does when it receives one. To stop Google Analytics, block its cookies or use the add-on named above. Google and YouTube may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites when you use this site.
Who sees what you send
Art Loera and PRMG. Art is the one who calls you back. PRMG is the lender he works for.
The tools that carry the message. A form submission is stored in a database on Cloudflare, passed through Pipedream (an automation service), saved to a Google Sheet and to Art's client management system, and emailed to Art.
Property data providers. A home value lookup sends the address you typed to RentCast, to Geoapify for address matching, and to a backup property data source when RentCast has no record. They do not receive your name.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not give it to other lenders or lead buyers.
When PRMG's policy applies
This is Art's own education and marketing site. It links to PRMG's Online Privacy Notice, which covers PRMG's affiliated websites: prmg.net/privacy-policy-home. When you start a loan application you move to PRMG's application system, and PRMG's notices govern that application, including the federal privacy notice that lenders are required to give you.
How long we keep it
We keep contact requests and home value lookups until you ask us to delete them. Nothing is deleted automatically today. If you become a PRMG customer, PRMG keeps loan records for as long as mortgage laws require. That is separate from this site.
Your choices
Call 775-404-0006 or email aloera@prmg.net. We will tell you what this site has on you, correct it, or delete it. Ask us to stop contacting you and we stop.
California residents. California law gives you the right to know what personal information a business has collected about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. You will not be treated differently for using those rights. Send any of those requests to Art at the contact above and we will act on it for the information this site holds. PRMG also accepts California privacy requests through its online form at prmg.net/prmg-ccpa-disclosure, its opt-out form at prmg.net/ca-opt-out, by phone at 888-365-4989, and at Privacy@prmg.net. Some information collected for a loan is covered by federal financial privacy law instead, and PRMG's notice explains how that works.
Nevada residents. We do not sell your information. If you still want a do-not-sell request on file, send it to the contact above and we will confirm it.
Children
This site is meant for adults shopping for a mortgage. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
The whole site runs over encrypted connections. No system is perfect, so please do not send documents, Social Security numbers, or account numbers through a web form or the chat. Ask Art for the secure document link instead.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
