Tuscany is east Henderson's guard-gated value story: 526 acres off Lake Mead Parkway begun in the mid-1990s on reclaimed ground, built out to roughly two thousand homes around the golf course now known as Chimera. The gate, the resort-style recreation center, and the course threading the neighborhoods deliver a country-club feel at a Henderson-sensible footing.
