Will I get paid for sending clients to Art?
No. RESPA Section 8 prohibits paying or receiving anything of value for referrals on federally-related mortgage loans. Art will never offer that and you should not accept it from any lender who does. What you do get: a partner who closes on time, makes you look great, and earns client loyalty that comes back to you for the next listing. Am I locked into anything?
